Improve your emotional wellbeing
You may be at a point in your life where you feel anxious, sad, worried, afraid or unhappy and perhaps unable to cope.
At such times friends and family can be helpful, but often it can be more helpful to talk to an experienced professional counsellor not involved in your situation.

You may not know what the problem is. You may just feel you have lost your way and need help and support to find the right path for you to feel better.

Or it may be clear to you what your difficulties are, you just can’t find a way to cope.

Whatever it is, I am here to help you.

Testimonials

Deborah’s empathy and understanding create a safe and empowering environment.

Things are explained in an easy to understand way. This has made a huge difference in my ability to comprehend my thoughts and feelings to make sense of my behaviour.

Emma, Wirral,
I immediately felt calm and relaxed so I could be open and honest about how I was feeling.

I have worked with other therapists and feel I have achieved so much more in just a few sessions, compared to working with other therapists over many months

Gill, Liverpool
